Live, in testing and being built

  • In testing

Deadline watch: every Companies House accounts and confirmation statement date for a practice's client list, inside the practice login

Moves behind the practice login with the paid desk.

  • Being built

Inbox sort: which document belongs to which client, with an unsure pile a person clears

Live when a practice connects its mailbox, with its written agreement.

  • Being built

Reminders to clients, sent in the practice's own name

    Follows the inbox sort.

  • Being built

Chase log: who was asked for what, when, and what came back

    Follows the inbox sort.

  • Being built

Staff answer desk: answers from the practice's own written processes

Tested with a practice's own written processes.

  • Being built

Bank statement import by file (the export your bank gives you)

Built and tested on our own statements first.

  • Being built

Practice login on the PoshLayer Desk

Opens with the first practice signed up.

  • Next

Making Tax Digital dates on the deadline check

Built from published HMRC dates. Dates only, nothing submitted.

Locked, and why

  • Locked

    Making Tax Digital submissions

Locked until HMRC grants production access and recognises the software.

  • Locked

    Live bank feeds

  • Locked

The work itself done for the practice

Locked until a partner practice supervised for anti-money-laundering takes it on.

The log

  1. Deadline check opened, working from Companies House's published company data of 1 October 2026 (updated monthly). Your list is looked up in your own browser and never sent to us.

  2. Site up. The rest of the desk is being built.

  3. Found: a large listed company showed a confirmation statement as due today, but it had filed after our 1 October copy was made. Changed: any date within 30 days or already past is now shown as CHECK, never as late, with a link to that company's own filing history on Companies House.
