PoshTax is a trading name of PoshLayer Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 17359605, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. If your practice uses PoshTax
Your practice is the controller of its clients' data, and PoshLayer Ltd processes it on your behalf under the data processing agreement in Schedule 1 of our Terms of Business. Data is stored in the EU (Ireland). AI work runs through Anthropic's Claude API in the US, under Anthropic's data processing agreement with the UK transfer addendum; under Anthropic's commercial terms it is not used to train their models. Our list of sub-processors is in the PoshLayer privacy notice, and we give 30 days' notice of changes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Write to hello@poshlayer.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
